William E. Davis was admitted to the practice of law in 1972 and joined our firm in February of 1979. Since then, Bill has strived to help people and their families through the practice of law. As an estate planner, he takes great care in handling each individual client’s hopes, dreams, and desires as they plan for the future. He understands and appreciates the importance of every determination in this process. His attention to detail, and precise preparation give his clients added confidence that their plans are accurate.

Bill has an exceptional comprehension of the law within his chosen area of practice. His sincere dedication to this specialty has earned him the distinguished Martindale-Hubbell “AV” Rating. Bill’s chosen area of expertise is a natural fit as he possesses a remarkable gift for easing his client’s burdens by carefully and sensitively assisting them through one of life’s most difficult challenges, the passing of a loved one. He endeavors to continue helping people help their families’ through knowledge of the legal system by frequently speaking to local groups about importance of estate planning and asset preservation.

Bill’s practice takes on several forms of planning for asset preservation including, business transactions, real estate, guardianships, transferring of assets, and preservation of assets from generation to generation. He encourages his client’s to think ahead and devise a plan which encompasses their goals and desires. To further benefit and assist his clients, Bill is a Certified Public Accountant which enables him to render specific tax and accounting advice, in connection with planning for the future.

Outside the Office

Bill has been married to Barbara Davis for over 36 years. Together they raised five children that have each graduated from Pasco High School. Bill is a licensed private pilot and enjoys outdoor sports of water-skiing, snow skiing, hunting, fishing and hiking.
