Our Firm

One of the Mid-Columbia’s Longest Standing, Premier Law Firms, Leavy, Schultz, Davis & Fearing, P.S. was founded in 1947. The firm was founded by James Leavy who was assigned by the Department of Justice to condemn the Hanford Project during World War II.  He stayed in the area to found the law firm in 1947.  Since that time the firm has grown to one of the largest firms in south eastern Washington.  The firm is dedicated to providing cost-effective solutions to complex legal problems. The law firm was originally located in downtown Pasco from its inception until 1994, when it moved to its present location next to highway 395 in Kennewick.

Our firm has been serving the legal needs of the mid columbia for over 60 years and vows to provide clients with the same courteous, professional advice in the years ahead.

The collective experience and client service of Leavy, Schultz, Davis & Fearing, has distinguished it has one of the preeminent firms within the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas.
